Centered around a large rooftop garden, Spring Up's focus is to bring members of the community together to create a culture of healthy eating and living. In exchange for helping in the gardens, volunteers would get points towards free produce in the Spring Up Market and for special dinners in the garden.
Crops harvested in the garden would be given to those who volunteered in the garden and sold in a market cart. The cart would be operated by community members.
Fundraising events would be held regularly at the garden where guests come for a dinner using ingridients harvested from the garden.
